Ingredients

  • 3-4 lbs flap meat steak
  • 1/4 C Orange Juice
  • 1/4 C Lime Juice
  • 1/4 C Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 C Malt Vinegar
  • 1/4 C Chopped Cilantro
  • 1/4 C Chopped Green Onion
  • 1 Chopped Jalapeno seeds removed
  • 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Cumin

Instructions

  1. Whisk together marinade ingredients until well blended
  2. Place meat in large plastic zip-lock bag
  3. Pour Marinade in bag
  4. Place bag in refrigerator for 3-4 hours or overnight, agitating bag several times
  5. Grill over coals or gas until medium. Do not overcook.
  6. Thinly slice against the grain
